I have been working with clients as a personal trainer since 2014.

Since 2020, my wife and I have been traveling the globe and I have been fully online. My online coaching 

is NOT one of those "here is your workout, Ill talk to you in 30 days!" 

I specialize in keeping clients accountable, motivated, and helping them navigate the waters of their fitness

goals. Working with me online is like having a trainer in your pocket! I pride myself on being very responsive and 

checking in on workouts,diet,and reaching out to each client regularly during the week. I've helped over
